New EMC release, stranded inside the firewall

Tim,
I made some fixes to problems Matt Shaver and I uncovered at Unique
Machining. This includes support for 4-axis STG cards that went away
when I increased the max supported axes to 6; and some other things that
broke. The new release includes single-stepping that actually works.
Trouble is, our FTP site isn't up yet. I think it will be a couple of
days since the web masters are swamped. Is there a way I can get this to
you for mirroring? I'll have to FTP into your site, or boot up my home
machine under Linux, leave it up overnight, and have you FTP it out.
