R-8 to NEMA-23 Adapter!

Hey guy's...
Don't know if this will strike any interest or not, but these following
two picture links depict an R-8 to NEMA-23 adapter I made some years back.
Honest, no kidding! Okay, okay, that deserves a bit of explanation. I
needed to grind down the shafts of some NEMA-23 stepper motors and at the
time, only had a milling machine. What I did was make an adapter to hold
the motor up in the spindle so that I could spin it at the mill's slowest
speed (50 Rpm's) while using a high speed air grinder held in the vice on
the table. Not exactly a normal use of a mill, but it works wonders and
I've done it many times since.
Anywho, I've been working on getting more of these projects onto my web
site since I've done lot's more than are currently on there and thought that
several people on the list might get ideas from seeing these.

I also put up a few pictures of the attachment I used to use when holding a
felt tip pen in the mill so as not to crush the tip when drawing PCB traces.
