Hi
I've machined lots of this material.
Carbide drills will work but they aren't the answer.
There life hole per cost facture is too high
Cobalt drills work well. SFM 16-18
Feed .004/ rev Flood with coolant, this is very
important. Use peck drilling this helps to cool the
tip
