looking to build cnc for sherline mill and lathe

I am glad that there is so much info out there I am on
a low budget but am willing to build all the items to
make my Sherline mill lathe in to a cnc I think that I
will need x y z and one more for the rotrey table I
need plans to do this or a good sorse and is G code
what I need for softwhere and what kind of operating
sys do I need? I have a 200mh p with 82mb of ramaa and
a 3g hard drive.
