I prepared a simple tutorial about the roto-casting process which could be
helpful in making bellows with a choice of several materials.

The pictures are quick roughs but should be clear enough to understand the
process.
I will check for some other links available, I think you should find some
other informations starting from www.smooth-on.com or from
www.computersculpture.com
I'm in the process of making the mold for my own bellows, still in the
design process, but I can tell you that they will be around 325mm (W) x
650mm (L) x 100mm (H).
650mm is the extended range.
