Actually, I was planning on making the actual mold from either castable
filled urethane, plaster or some other material.
This would reduce the mold cost considerably.
I won't need any undercuts for casting a bellows, so I don't need an extra
inner shell. The only thing I'd need the RTV for would be the part itself.
A thin inner shell wouldn't save much weight on small parts.
Anyone out there have a source for plans for building a multi-axis
rotational molding machine?
