EMC BDI Instal

Last year I partitioned the C drive and installed Red Hat Linux 6.0 on my
Win98 machine. I have never figured out how to use it for anything nor am I
sure the installation is complete. I really don't understand linux all that
well. Since then, the LILO boot is gone as I had upgraded win98,
necessitating a boot from the startup disk.
I got the BCI Instal from Paul while at NAMES. The disk has the caution
"this instal will erase all data on all drives"
Frankly, I am unsure as to how to proceed.
Any advise would be appreciated.
