The last picture shows the best retrofit design I've ever seen. :-) You're
using a split collar to hold the bearing in place axially and a fenner
taper-lock for the pulley. Exactly what I came up with after much futzing
around. I like it, it makes me feel I'm not off in left field
somewhere. Thanks.
