Hello Anthony and the list,
I have spoken to Warco about their mills over the weekend and I'll post
the info below. I have replied to this email asking about their new CNC mill
and if they can get me the actual tolerances. At some point I may be able to
scan the brochures for others.

Dear Mr Heritage
Many thanks for your message.
The VMC mills are supplied without accessories. Historically these machines
are usually purchased as an upgrade, possibly from a Minor mill in which
case the customer will have built up the necessary tooling. We have a huge
range of collect chucks, boring heads, vices, rotary tables all of which are
illustrated in the brochures which we will mail today. In the meantime you
may wish to go to www.warco.co.uk from which there is a link to the small
tooling.
VMC mills do have split nuts on the leadscrews, the Minor and Major do not.
Tolerances for all these machines is excellent, good enough to drill down
the length of side frames using the dials only, no marking out. We have this
information from customer feed back.
Sorry I cannot grasp your third question, not familiar with oz/in.
As a matter of interest we will have CNC retrofit units available later in
the year. We have one here now however we face a steep learning curve before
we can start talking knowledgeably.
Regards
Roger Warren
