Alan's RF-31 looks about the same as my ENCO 16-3/8. I'm begining to
think that there is one casting that all the same size Drill/Mills
use, and all the companies just put their sticker on it.

I'm almost finished designing the ba**-screw :)/ timing pulley mod in
CAD (Solidworks). To answer your question about if those are bolts,
they are. There is also two locating pins above the bolts. I was
able to use the pin holes and bolt holes for my modification,
although they are not placed evenly on the casting. I will be
placing photos and detailed drawings on my web site soon.
