I've a grizzly minimill retrofited to cnc,including the z axis.
the only problem with morse taper is that one can't change tools as
easy as a r8,every time you change the tools there is a need to reset
the tlo's.
If harbor freigh's minimill is r8 spindle it would be a better
candidate for cnc than grizzly.
