The bits that have been mentioned can be obtained from Sommer & Maca company.

They also have usefull accessories like Diamond Drill Coolant, and dams to
keep the coolant on the bit. For anyone considering not using coolant (or at
least water) you can expect a very short bit life and over double the cutting
time.
