something close to .25" hole. Not always, no standard. The bit makers
also make the grinders. No reason for compatibility. Plan on making an
arbor.
If you do a lot of glass, a glass grinder can be had for under a hundred
bucks.
Keep it clean and don't abuse it, will last long time. Be careful grinding
mirror,
find a fine bit. Will chip the plating off the back. If you go the drill
press route,
ALWAYS have a water drip on the bit.
