Hello Tim,
One thing at a time. Get Bridget working then you have a tool for the next repairs.
Go slow but safe.
When I started my shop 12 years ago I hurried too much.
I pay now for my impatience beeing stuck with machines that stand most of the time.
If I could start again from nothing and having the same money again.
I would buy one little CNC-mill with tool changer,
one small CNC lathe and a simple small surface grinder with all attachments.
Well to that time CNC was not affordable.
