Gents,
If you go down to your local burgler alarm supply house, they sell the same
stainless steel armoring jacket as found on DRO's. They use it to protect
alarm wires running from floor mounted sensors or on flexible connections
from doors to door jambs. They come in several sizes, the smaller ones having
an 3/16 inch id, I have seen some up to 3/8". This is not to be confused
with armor flex or BX cable, those are designed to be used in stationary
class 1 applications. The standard length is 25 feet and they are not
supplied with any wire inside. You could easily run 5/32" plastic air lines
inside these also....
I buy mine from ADI (Ademco Distribution Inc.), they are located across the
USA.
