2HP Enco Mill/Drill with 720oz/in steppers and Gecko G201's from
Mendonet.
Ah-ha Artisan Pro card and DOS software on a P120 with 16MB RAM.
60V/20A power supply for 4 axis drives, homebuilt.
Kerk Motion Products antibacklash 3/4" screws, all direct drive.

Next will be the GEM500 mill, plus 2 rotary axis = 5 axis total.
This will use EMC, but undecided on steppers/servos right now.
Definately will use ball screws next time.
