Hi Alan!
I'm using a Harbor Freight (Fright?) 7x10 minilathe that I slapped a
few steppers onto.
Details are at:

Works well, holds tenths on a good day. I use it mainly to make
chesspieces. Might scratch-build the next one, haven't decided yet...
