I'd suggest you go for the modern DRO. I have an older AccuRite that is
giving consistent Low Signal errors on the X axis. For what it'd cost to
replace/fix this, I'd rather upgrade to a new setup. The new boxes are
nice and compact, the spars are more compact, and most are sealed better
than the older spars.
