That is exactly what doesn't seem to be working - when TkEMC starts it
doesn't preset G20 as specified in the ini. If I pick the 'File' pulldown
menu and click on 'Reset' then it works as expected.

The version on my milling machine controller (Jan 2001) does this too and it
is a bit annoying. I can't end a program with G02 or G30. I can use a '%'
at the begining and end of the program and it doesn't erase all those
settings.
