There are companies that run these auctions. Norman Levy did a number
of auctions at McDonnell-Douglas over the last 5 years or so. There are
probably 5 firms that do most of these machinery auctions. You can search
the web for machine auction. I used Google, and got a page of links to
machinery auction houses.
