There is nothing really hard about bending square tube. The important
thing to remember when making your die, is to put a small raised
dimple running radially around the die in the centre. This dimple
crushes the inside of the tube when you start the bend, that way you
always (G) end up with a nice clean bend. I bend up to 25mm by hand,
if I've had my wheeties for breakfast, and the bigger sizes by
hydraulics.
