Sheffield 3 Axis DRO Display

Hi

Does anyone know anything about this Sheffield 3 Axis DRO Display Item #
1618432646 on ebay? What else would be needed to use it on my Bridgeport J
head or Sebastian lathe?

If it didn't cost too much to buy and set up (hobby use only, no income
generated) it would be nice to have as I'm 58 and the old eyeballs aren't
what they used to be.

Any info appreciated.
