Thanks for the PH# on the bits. Which router (one of yours, I assume!)
are you using? And spindle motor?

Are you running an "isolation" package to convert Gerber to Gcode (tool
offsets and isolation of the pads/traces)?

I've heard KellyKAM and DesKAM can do Gerber files. I generated Gerber
files with Eagle last night, they seem to be RS-274D; and I'm told that
KellyKAM likes the newer RS-274X. I didn't see where DesKAM could input
a Gerber or Excellon file.
