Commercially, it would be pretty expensive. But, there is a HUGE amount
of these motors floating around at surplus outlets. Check eBay every couple
of days, and you're bound to see some suitable motors. What you want to
look for is motors optimized for lower speed/higher torque. The ones with
72 - 96 Volts and 2000 RPM or below are best, as you need less reduction
ratios for them. You should easily be able to find surplus motors under $50.
