The simplest thing is tin snips. This will leave one edge
bent, however. If the sheet is fairly thick (1/16" or more)
then you can probably use a bandsaw with a fine toothed
blade. I imagine there may be some blade setup for a
table saw that might be able to do it, too. You'd probably
want to clamp the sheet between two pieces of plywood
to support it.
