How thick? How many? If a few, and less than, say, 1/16" thick, take to a
sheet-metal shop that does shearing and brake-bending, and cajole 'em into
doing it for you. If thousands, BUY a good treadle-shear, and go to it!

If 1/8" or more, you might consider some kind of machine-cutting, but that is
beyone MY "expertise", so it makes no sense for ME to attempt to advise you.
Shearing thicker than, oh, 0.95", results is such a "nasty" edge, I would
guess some kind of milling (22. Century laser-phaser-cutting?) would be the
way to do it. Lotsa luck!
