My recommendation was along the lines that:
The *Developer or Seller* is the one who will have to handle the irate
customers. He should know his product better than anyone, and after a while it
becomes well known whether he does or not !

I agree, some do not know what they are selling.................. Their
reputation for that gets around, and some customers stop buying. There is plenty
to chose from !
