I would guess Moglice is an amine cured epoxy highly filled
with teflon and/or molybdenum disulfide. I have played with
such mixtures in the past but it helps to have a 3 roll mill
(I have two). A very low viscosity resin system is required
to allow high fill ratios (well beyond critical pigment volume
concentration) while maintaining some flowability. I further
required that my mixtures were electrically conductive.

For me it is cheaper just to buy the stuff. All the engineering
has been worked out.
