You don't tell us enough about what you want to do. You want
to have two separately controlled spindles on one machine?
Is that just spindle rotation, or spindle Z as well?
If you don't need separate flood and mist coolant, one of these
signals could be borrowed to run the other spindle.

If you want to have two separate Z axes, that could be done,
but it would take some serious hacking of the code. That would
NOT be something easily done with a few edited lines in the .ini
file.
