unknown motor

I have an unknown motor that I can't find info on.

It's a Toshiba DC gearmotor.

The label reads:

DC Motor
DGM-3491-2A duty cont.
DC 19 v 161 r.p.m.
DCG-5216-028
98040(unknown character)
Toshiba Corporation made in japan

It came out of an old copier that had been completely scrapped.
It has a gear reduction on one end that drove a gear train,
and had a squirrel cage fan on the other side.
There are five wires coming out of two holes that are right next to each
other.
Black & brown out of one, and yellow, blue, and red from the other.
Does anyone have a way to know what this is?
