This is probably a learning-challenged way of pluralizing a mnemonic,
"Revolutions per Minute". (When pluralizing an abbreviation, particularly
just "initials" of words, an "apostrophe" is appropriate. As, "RPM's" This
is not "possessive". But one should NOT use the apostrophe to pluralize
complete words, like, "Lots of bolts" (not "bolt's"!!!)
