Insert "world" between "non-Microsoft" and "works" -- "how the
non-Microsoft world works".

Er, total polarity typo there! Should read "you should NOT be
changing the RTC everytime you change timezones."

P.S. Does Microsoft even offer a "RTC set to GMT" option in Windows
ME and/or 2000? 98 didn't, and I don't think NT 4.0 does either.
That's just _technically_moronic_ IMHO!

P.S.S. Please don't label me "anti-Microsoft" because I was a
_core_ adopter of Windows NT in the early days (pre-3.1 release).
It's just clear that after 8 years (1992-1999) of NT Server
administration, and 10 years of support (1992-2001), Microsoft _may_
know everything about the "desktop" but they know jack crap about
the "network." [ And Sun is the _exact_opposite_ ;-> ]
