I'm still in the framing stage with my router table but have determined that I will either need differential encoders or will have to mount the G340's on the motors. The latter option looks feasible. Don't know if it will work though.
So I am looking for a representative circuit that will convert differential encoder signals to single ended at the amplifiers. Jon, you mentioned a 75ALS-something that does this. Can you direct me to a schematic that will connect the dots for me? Anyone else have a completed drawing of such a thing? The circuit fragments in the literature are for those to whom the rest is "intuitively obvious." I'm not blessed with such intuition.
