Snap Change - Not working right

Thanks for the help on Snap Change. I don't think mine is working
right. The little gripper fingers don't open when I take the quill
all the way up. I think it's just dirty, or mis-adjusted.
Any recommendations on cleaning or adjustment?
It also looks like a couple of the larger holders have spun in the
spindle taper, (ouch). Is this a common problem?
