Americans, but......

not only remotely being considered?

Now we know why some are so desparate for nuclear disarmament. A
madman (not neccesarily an American in high places) intend on
unleashing nuclear havoc only need to push the right "button" to
provoke "highly placed men in power"

we have no right to tell Americans who they elect into these "high
places" but can't hope that they make decisions not merely as
Americans but as fellow inhabitants of the only home we have in this
universe.
