movements when it sees there is a large point to point measure with no
spindle activity on the way there? If so, do you pre-difine the rapid
transverse speed you want to use and the minimum travel before it decides
it's a movement that would need it? Question, question. I spoke to Tony from
www.lathes.co.uk today and asked for his copy of the Beaver VBRP sales
booklet complete with pictures and numbers so I could scale it into my
garage with the tape measure. I get the feeling I'm going to be in for the
same suprise I had when I first saw full size knee mills up close, being
subsantial pieces and all. : )
