Help with the french software.

I just got my computer set up with the french software. The driver
board is from Hobby CNC. I have the timer board that the software
needs and I don't speak french.
I think that the timer circuit needs calibrated but I do not know
how. Is there anything else that I need to do to get this thing
working?
