Hi Shawn
Keep clear of anything that has an SiS chipset in it - Everytime I try a
motherboard or graphics card, it either locks up or just plain fails. I know
one or two people do have linux running on an SiS MB, but had problems
getting it to work. If you are using the BDI CD, avoid i810/815 chipsets, or
anything else with onboard graphics.
My current favourites are Intel 440 chipsets, ATI RageII graphics cards, and
tons of memory.
