I notice linear bearings, and round ways, not dovetail. I think I could
learn a lot from that design!

Not sure how many people are going to bid on 10 MILLS. Perhaps using as
an ad to get product out?

Yeah, I can use all the inspiration I can get. I'm trying to hobble
together the little ways I posted pix of a while back. Look for
"router" and "Z-axis drive" in the Sherline CNC folder:

I have since disassembled the 'X' mounted leadscrew and ways, and will
mount them in a "bridge" configuration, with the Z-axis mounted on the
'Y' axis "bridge". The older motors will be replaced with NEMA #23's;
either a MaxNC motion control kit", or bipolar steppers and new drivers.

This project should result in a 12" x 12" x 3" PCB router. I hope mine
will look as nice when I'm done!
