I already have my own domain registered (pico-systems.com)
I could host the files section for the mailing list, but I'm not sure
how much traffic it would generate to do the mailing list itself.
Maybe the traffic wouldn't be so bad for me, if it was sent with
a to: list to my ISP (Direc TV, formerly Telocity). They would take the
single mail message and parcel it out to all recipients.

If somebody knows more about the 'mechanics' of this, maybe
they could fill me in. I have a 233 MHz Pentium II on a DSL line,
with a static IP address. Right now I don't have vast amounts
of disk space, but I have a larger disk that will go in sometime soon.
