Guys,
Have forgotten who asked for the info. originally, but have finally
located the specs.
In the Martin Sprocket and Gear catalogue (2001), pg. K-3, Timing Pulley
Terminology, they give some of the criteria needed to design and machine
custom pulleys.
I've done it, when I needed a ratio that wasn't stock.
The balance of the information required can be obtained from the belt
pitch charts in the same book.
If you do not have the book, apparently Browning, and Boston Gear also
have these tables and diagrams in their books.
If needed, I can scan the required info and pass it on .
