Couple of comments.
Yes Vector and Bobcad are written by brothers.
Fred Smith has a sterling reputation in really shipping upgrades when he
says they will ship and has promised and delivered at least 3 upgrades in
the time that BobCAD has been promising V18.
Fred also has the best reputation in user support of any company I have ever
dealt with and from my experience it is well deserved. Not only does he
support his product, but he regularly gives advise on this forum of how to
do things in BobCAD when asked (he used to be a dealer for it).
