spur (?) gear attached to timing belt pulley - Hopefully on topic.

As threatened/promised, here's my first problem with my project.

A timing belt in my machine is obsolete, as far as I can tell (7/16"
pitch and 7/16" width trapezoidal 'teeth').

There are three pulleys associated with that particular drive system.
Two are easily removable, which invites a relatively easy (I assume)
conversion to a current production belt.

The problem is the third is attached to a brass spur gear (looks like a
toothed cylinder...Boston Gear seems to call these spur gears, and I
won't worry about the teeth angle and all that stuff yet).

Anyone know how likely I am to find a spur gear and timing pulley of
desired...I think I'm answering that question myself...forget it. How do
I go about having such a Frankenstein device made after specifying a
replacement gear and pulley...oh, and there are two different sized
bronze bushings thrown in to boot, one size in the gear, one in the
pulley.

I think this is on topic.

Thanks

Murray
