Anyone interested in doing some small parts for me?

I currently have a Shureline with CNC. I bought it to do bits and
peices for paintball guns. I would like to make up some small peices
from Titanium. I'm not going to even try this on the sureline (heck
I can't make Alum and brass come out right <G>)

I will be getting some real tools one of these days, but for now I
would realy like to get some stuff made up-- orginaly as prototypes
and maybe later as very small runs (about 100). I realy need someone
that doese this as a hobby, simply because I can't afford to get this
stuff done at a job shop. If anyone is interested, please e-mail me
at FOM@....

here is some basic idea of the parts I want to do.

Pull Pin-- turned from Ti about 1.6" long, .2440 in dia with a .5
section about .43 in dia. The larger section acts as a "knob" and I
would like to make this a little cooler looking.

hammer-- Turned from Ti and from Delrin (white). (two
different "hammers") About .87 in dia, .725 in length. has a .187
grove .625 in dia at on end, Taped to screw on a shaft (thread is
about .3 long)

Hammer shaft-- Turned from Ti. .2310 dia (dia must be held very
close as this slides in/out of a sealed gas chamber-- finish must be
very smooth) .367 "piston" at one end with o-ring grove.

These are to replace parts that are currently made from stanless
steel and alum.

On the outside chance that any of you are also into paintball, these
are some internal parts for an Impulse.

Thanks!
