WD-40 is available in Gallon quantities (Non-aerosol) from Grainger and the
like. It also includes a Windex style Squeeze-spray handle.

I have used WD-40 many times to clear the more evil looking spiders out from
behind corners in the garage and light BBQ's. From the can the aerosol will
burn certainly, I've light it myself personally infront of my own body. If
you spray it far enough from the flame a few tiny droplets burn but apart
from that the rest hits whatever is behind the flame unburnt. I have managed
to make pools of the oil itself to burn purposely. You have to get the stuff
warm and then put something on it too keep it burning, like a piece of cloth
or some wood. If you were to just get a cup full and empty it out on the
floor it won't work unless it gets hot enough. If you're using it to cool
work you will be warming it up and creating a fine aerosol if it's hitting
the tool at any time, that is quite likely to be burnable. It is no where
near as flammable as petrol but it DOES burn itself, it's just heavier than
car fuel so it needs more help to get started. Like someone else said, I've
also sprayed it on very hot metal and it just boils away, it won't burst
into flames. I bet if you were to put a flame beside the vapours they'd burn
though. Why do you want to use it as a coolant anyway? It's quite expensive
and you'll need to empty it out the cans first, I've only ever seen it sold
as an aerosol. It smells real good, I think so no matter what.
