The VMC45 is huge! The table capacity is around 3000 lbs!
The 18"x30"x18" work envelope has about 10" of quill travel!

Of course it depends on your idea of 'small parts'.
We'd have to get a better description of the size of 'small'.
Then I could perhaps give a better machine suggestion.
