I suggest you get a catalog from Surplus Center 1-800-488-3407
They will have some small DC motors that can be used with their item 11-1940
pulse width speed control.. They may also have some small DC gear motors that
can be used with the same speed controller to give even lower speed with quite
a bit of torque down to almost stopped. This stuff is usually new industrial
surplus and is high quality but not very expensive relative to normal prices.
