Lathe software (again)

In my quest to find lathe software that will allow me to design
small parts (knobs and feet for custom wood art boxes) I have come
up with more questions than answers. However, today I did come upon
a very nice looking software package that I would like to know if
anyone has had a chance to use it.
OneCNC 2000 Lathe. www.onecnc.com.
I downloaded the demo and so far I am impressed. Maybe a little
overkill for what I will use it for, but I have yet to find another
solution. I need to be able to draw a profile and then render in 3D
so my wife and I can get an accurate idea of what it will look like
after final turning.
Has anyone used this software?
Will I have any problems using it with a MAXNC T2 chucker lathe?
Any other software ideas?
Thanks in advance.
