Doesn't anyone use a FOREDOM handpiece with the variable speed foot pedal
power unit or some other variable speed control? These I find are very
hardy, the motors being on a flexible shaft allow me to do lots of choices
and since one handpiece is available for about $39.00 with motor(?) and has
a nice aluminum 1 1/8" dimameter(, no funny shape to make a mount for) you
can just bore a hole to make great mounts. RIO GRANDE is a good source, less
expensive than directly from Foredom. Occasionally there good deals on EBAY,
get the metal pedal not the plastic, they break real easy. Johnno
