Seems to me like he's setting himself up for a law suit if he doesn't return
the money. Maybe even fraud if you can show that he knew that he was going
out of business when he cashed the check. It'll be interesting if any of the
lawyers who might subscribe to his mag. write him a letter informing him of
the problem....
